THIRD-PARTY SERVICE PROVIDER NOTICE:

CarrierRegistration.com® is a private, third-party truck permit company offering services for a fee. This is a commercial solicitation and advertisement. CarrierRegistration.com® is NOT affiliated with any government authority. In placing an order through this site, you appoint CarrierRegistration.com® as your agent.

SAFE-RENEW NOTICE:

In the event you opt to participate in the automatic UCR SafeRenew renewal program, you understand and agree that CarrierRegistration.com® will file your UCR as your appointed agent until you cancel; you may cancel the upcoming renewal on or before September 30 by writing to support@CarrierRegistration.com. If you are still in our SafeRenew database as of October 1st, you will be charged for the renewal and cannot cancel until the following year (before September 30). If you submit an order directing us to automatically renew you as your agent, your credit card will be automatically charged with notice on or after October 1st in accordance with the "Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act'' ("ROSCA"). You agree you are giving your "express informed consent" by selecting yes from the drop-down box and clicking the green check out button. You are then placing your original UCR order and the automatic renewal order at the same time and are expressing your desire to order the original UCR and the renewal UCRs when you affirmatively click the green check out button. You further agree you are duly informed in accordance with ROSCA. Alternatively, you may choose to order a UCR filing for one year by choosing "No, thank you" from the SafeRenew drop down box menu.

REFUND/CANCELLATION NOTICE:

Once you submit your order there are NO REFUNDS or CANCELLATIONS, unless a fee change requires we issue you a credit for overpayment. Credits for any overpayment expire one year from the date of issuance. In the event you opt to participate in the automatic UCR SafeRenew renewal program, you understand that you may cancel the upcoming annual renewal on or before September 30 (i.e. you may cancel 2024 registration by emailing us on or before September 30, 2023) by writing to support@CarrierRegistration.com. Any carrier still in our SafeRenew database as of October 1st, will be charged for the renewal and cannot cancel until the following year.

Please read this privacy policy before using the Site or submitting any personal information. By using the Site, you are accepting the practices described in this privacy policy. These practices may be changed, but any changes will be posted and changes will only apply to activities and information on a going forward, not retroactive, basis. You are encouraged to review the privacy policy whenever you visit the Site to make sure that you understand how any personal information you provide will be used. Note: the privacy practices set forth in this privacy policy are for this Site only. We collect personally identifiable information, like names, postal addresses, email addresses, etc., when voluntarily submitted by our visitors. The information you provide is used to fulfill your specific request. By placing an order through this Site, you consent and agree that we may use your information to contact you by email, text message (standard rates apply) and/or automated telephone dialer to advise you of the status of your order or remind you it is time to renew your registration. This information is also used to provide you with offers from our partners. You may opt out by emailing support@CarrierRegistration.com. Our Shopping Cart is hosted by Ecwid operated by Lightspeed Commerce, Inc. Ecwid has access to aggregated information about customers of our Site in order for Ecwid to analyze performance and make improvements to Ecwid products.

Cookie/Tracking Technology:

The Site may use cookie and tracking technology depending on the features offered. Cookie and tracking technology are useful for gathering information such as browser type and operating system, tracking the number of visitors to the Site, and understanding how visitors use the Site. Cookies can also help customize the Site for visitors. Personal information cannot be collected via cookies and other tracking technology, however, if you previously provided personally identifiable information, cookies may be tied to such information. Aggregate cookie and tracking information may be shared with third parties.

Distribution of Information:

We do not sell or otherwise release your information to third parties, expect as noted herein. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation or to effect your motor carrier registration. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place; or (4) filing for your registration. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

Your personally identifiable information is kept secure. Only authorized employees, agents and contractors (who have agreed to keep information secure and confidential) have access to this information.

*1/8/25 Notice: U.C.R. fees are due annually and normally collected by the U.C.R. Board of Directors ("Board") in the 4th quarter between October 1 and December 31 for the upcoming year. U.C.R. is due for new entrants in the current year before first engaging in interstate commerce. U.C.R. is NOT prorated and goes by the calendar year Please be advised CarrierRegistration.com® fees include credit card processing bank fees. State fees for 2023 are promulgated & codified at 49 C.F.R. § 367.30. State fees for 2024 are promulgated & codified at 49 C.F.R. § 367.40. State fees for 2025 and each year thereafter are promulgated & codified at 49 C.F.R. § 367.50.

If you enroll in the automatic renewal program you will be credited $25 off our 2026 published rates. Note under the U.C.R. Act, you are not required to keep any U.C.R. documentation in your vehicles. As indicated above, CarrierRegistration.com® is a private, third-party provider offering services for a fee. This is a commercial solicitation and advertisement. CarrierRegistration.com® is NOT affiliated with any government authority. CarrierRegistration.com® provides U.C.R. filing services for a fee, which is different from and in addition to the official Unified Carrier Registration state fees promulgated by the FMCSA. You may also contact the NRS or your base state to register/renew or obtain a copy of a Confirmation of Registration at no additional charge.
